Apartment 3+2
Apartment 3+2 is 50 sq. m. large and it offers accommodation for 3 to 5 people (3+2). It has generously sized living room with tall windows, which bring a lot of light into the apartment. It has a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a single bed and there is a sofa bed for two persons in the living room. Apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Balcony offers peaceful and quiet surrounding, perfect for enjoyable summer mornings and evenings.
The apartment A3+2 is really spacious, ideal for spending vacation in Makarska with your family or friends.

Parking info: This apartment has parking place for one car, included in price. Since the villa is situated in the very center of Makarska, parking is not in front of this villa, but in front of our family home, approximately 800 meters away (10 min walk). It is on our private property and every night parking is closed, so it is safe and secure. So when You come to Makarska, first You will park your car shortly in front of apartment, and after You leave all your luggage, we will go together to park your car on its parking place.

Apartment 2+2 is 45 sq. m. large and it offers accommodation for 2 to 4 people (2+2). It has one bedroom with a double bed and there is an extra bed for two persons in the living room. Apartment has modern interior and everything inside is completely new (year 2011). It has fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom with shower and cute balcony with sea view. The place is really comfortable and you will have a real home feeling.

SERVICE: Service includes change of towels daily and change of sheets every week. Complete cleaning is once a week, everything included in the price. We can offer you a city map and we are at your service for any information you will need, so your vacation can fulfill all your expectations.

Makarska is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Croatian coast! Town with rich cultural and historical heritage, known for its amazingly beautiful pebbly beaches, wide tourist offer and hospitable hosts!
Other than beaches, the town is famous for its promenade “Riva” next to the sea, which is only 50 meters away from our Makarska apartments Anita. Famous promenade is filled with palm trees and well-known cafes, bars and boutiques which overlook the clean harbor, where many tourist boats are moored. The old Makarska center is a part of town with narrow stone-paved streets, which is one of the characteristic features Dalmatian towns are known for in the world.
Above the main square, which is called Kacicev trg, is a St. Mark’s Cathedral (17th century) and a flower and fruit market, where you can always find fresh fruits. One of the most interesting Makarska sights is The Franciscan monastery (16th century) that houses a unique sea shell collection from Adriatic and other seas in the world. Shells where collected in a Malacological Museum from the year 1963.
Beach 100 m from Apartments Anita
Town developed in the natural harbor, from the right side guarded by a small peninsula called St. Peter and from the left side with cape Osejava. Town is squeezed on a horseshoe shaped bay between impressive Mount Biokovo (1762 m) and the Adriatic Sea. Location is about 60 km (37.28mi) away from Split and 140 km (86.99 mi) from Dubrovnik. There is also a daily ferry from Makarska to the island of Brač for those who want to take a trip to this island. Makarska has a population of approximately 15000 residents and it is part of the Split-Dalmatia county.
Makarska is the center of the Makarska Riviera, a long coastal strip which consists of a few small places. Some of them are Brela, Baška Voda, Tučepi, Podgora and Gradac. Apart from cultural sites, Makarska Riviera also features a number of natural beauties. East and west of Makarska are numerous shores, with amazingly beautiful Croatian beaches. Makarska Riviera impresses with its beauty and preserved nature. Long sand or pebble beaches, pine forests, and clean waters are only tiny bit of its attractions.
